These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of mytruepoise.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

TruePoise (referred to in these Terms as "we", "us" and "our") operates the website mytruepoise.com. We sell men's compression and shaping garments to customers in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian;
  • The personal and delivery information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • You are using the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use.

3. Products

We do our best to display our products accurately, but product images and descriptions are provided for illustration. Slight variations in colour, finish or size may occur. Please check our size guide before placing an order to find the best fit for you.

4. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the goods you have selected. We will confirm receipt of your order by email, but a binding contract is only formed once we have sent you a separate Shipping Confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (for example: stock unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraudulent activity). If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but never after your order has been accepted by us.
  • Payment is taken in full at the point of checkout. We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal where shown.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery takes 6–8 working days from dispatch. Delivery is free of charge on every order.

We do our best to meet stated delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@mytruepoise.com with your order number before the 14-day window expires.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase. Goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

8. Faulty or incorrect goods

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund at our cost. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. 30-day satisfaction guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a discretionary 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price. The item must be returned in clean and resaleable condition.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including the TruePoise brand name, logos, product photography, copy and graphic designs — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark and design law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your order is limited to the total amount you paid for the goods to which the claim relates.

We are not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business or opportunity.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you consent to such processing.

13. Promotional codes

Discount codes (such as our welcome offer) are valid for one use per customer unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined with other promotions, are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force on the date you place your order will apply to that order. We will always post the latest version on this page with the "Last updated" date refreshed accordingly.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
